Return policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aqualuxe. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as custom or personalized items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Formular to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
